Returns

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at outspokenvi2026@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, return instructions will be provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us immediately with photos so we can resolve the issue quickly.
